Re: It's sad that WWE has to rely on superstars from the past
sad thing is, the two "midgets" hugging each other, are most likely better then 3/4 of the roster, wwe should consist of entertainment and wrestling, but today there is less of an emphasis on wrestling because of the world that we're in

Re: Vince Disvalues His Company Bigtime.....
Yeah, Vince devalues his company big time by having two huge stars win the Royal Rumble and the WWE Championship.
Vince will do whatever to make alot of money for Wrestlemania. If that means we get Rock/Cena 2, we'll get Rock/Cena 2. It make a hell of alot of money last year, and it will this year as well. It's just like Triple H/Taker 3, or HBK/Taker 2, or hell even Rock/Austin 2 and 3. If there's a big money match, than they'll do it again.

It doesn't have to rely on older superstars, they just choose to. To make more money!

Re: Vince Disvalues His Company Bigtime.....
my problem is not so much that the rock won but how it happened
punk needed help from heyman/shield and still lost, rock went from barely able to stand, he superrocked his way into the ring, hits a spinebuster and elbow and wins
it made punk look weak and it reminded me of starrcade 97, just anti-climatic and weird
and knowing cena is waiting is what i hate, rock won, but he won just to lose to cena, even the mainstream is turning on this guy, even last night that crowd was more behind ryback
the only way this works for me is if cena wants the streak instead of title, or if he turns heel vs rock

Re: Vince Disvalues His Company Bigtime.....
not a fan of the new rock title either, never liked the skull or spinner, i wish they would use a more pure belt design, like the winged eagle
having it resemble a specific superstar makes it seem like its always there's, even when punk won the title it still seemed like it was cena's because of the design, why not get a real world belt

Re: Vince Disvalues His Company Bigtime.....
My cents is kayfabe, The Rock, the man who has beaten Hogan twice, Austin, and John Cena all clean be it heel or face defeated CM Punk. Although Punk held the title for 434 days, he was still not booked as strong as super Cena. He was an intelligent, devious champion who used his mind as well as his skills to retain his title.
The Rock, the people's hero has returned on his white horse to save the people from this evil Champion. And if there was anyone who could defeat this evil best in the world, than it wasn't Santino, or Cena, or Ryback, the only man good enough to stop Punk's roll was the People's Champ, The Rock.
Non-kayfabe Punk would be stoked that Vince booked the Rock the man who has beaten them all to take e belt from him, not just someone like Daniel Bryan. It had to be someone of greatness to end his reign. It's a win win for everyone....
As for Cena/Rock 2, well it's not even booked yet, and the WM poster has Brock on it as well so I'm not going to comment until the match is actually announced.

No, I'm just stating what in my opinion is wrong with the WWE, because it's something I used to love to watch. Nowadays I just read the results online and if things keep going the way they are I'll just stop watching (that's my problem though so back off). Oh and tell me, what would the IWC be without people complaining?

Re: It's sad that WWE has to rely on superstars from the past
The biggest problem is us, the fans imo. We are the nostalgia goers, who canīt stop jerking off to old stars from when we were kids. We only compare new stars with old guys.
