when the rock win undisputed champ at vengeange 2001(i think)then he defends the title at summerslam againts brock after SS he gone..that consider part time to me

I agree with the full time arguments.
Also agree with Hogan in 1993, but I would argue a bit about 2002, becasue during that short span Hogan was chamm he actually did wrestle a few house shows, as well as RAW's and Smackdown's.

But as for his WCW reigns, all 6 was part time on his part I would say

Vince was champion once, but I can't call him a part-timer. He's engaged in almost everything that happens with the company.

Hogan was a part time champ at he won the title at WM9.

HBK was a part time champion
Undertaker was a part time champ

Nothing wrong with part time wrestlers becoming champions. Rock has proved he is still worthy of being champion even though hes a movie star
