Is there no top guy in the wwe right now who grew up with Jake as their favorite wrestler or something? I know Punk wouldn't make any sense (though he bought Joey Merc's house for him) but 10 grand is chump change for a top guy pulling seven figures.

Pipe down you virgin I've already stated I donate to good causes and frankly if I had the money I would donate to a good number more of charitable organisations.

I would never donate money to someone who ruined his life with drugs and/or alcohol. I wouldn't expect anyone else to either.

How much was Jake Roberts paid during his prime? As much as I respect the guy, you got to wonder who should be footing this bill. Did Vince pay him enough to justify leaving him to his own devices on medical costs? Is this Jake's own fault for not saving his money? It really just seems strange that somebody could be so famous and yet have so little money.

I hope he gets better but on the other hand, he specifies that he wants the surgery and get in shape so he can wrestle again.. is that really a good idea? its like an alcoholic going through AA and then going to bars to hang out..sooner or later he will relapse.
