Re: Wrestling Observer Awards for 2013 revealed

I saw the list last night.

How does anybody besides Punk get named Wrestle of the Year?

How does anybody besides Sandow win Best Gimmick?

Thank You Punk.

Here's a shocking idea. What if... what if Hiroshi Tanahashi actually is the best wrestler in the world right now?

I'm lovin the Cesaro love. Bolo forearm and neutralizer both crack top 5 in best maneuvers? Good stuff. As with everyone else the TNA best show, worst promotion thing was confusing for me. I don't put much merit in these nonsense award shows though

Re: Wrestling Observer Awards for 2013 revealed

Reading through the first couple of pages I learned WWE has 5 TV shows a week

Since when? And why?

Meltzer does like his Japanese wrestlers, but Hiroshi Tanahashi is pretty badass. His match in mid to late 2012 against Minoru Suzuki was excellent. I've been impressed with the other stuff I've seen from him too (although what I've seen is limited).
