I don't understand why Cena and Kane got the worst feud of the year. At the time, I didn't have cable or an good internet connection back then to watch Raw. Kane's return with a new attire, and attacking John Cena was interesting, and Kane's "Embrace The Hate" run also convinced many that Cena might turn heel. I didn't see many promos of the two after that, but feud ended with Cena beating Kane in a Ambulance Match at EC 2012, which I thought was the right choice, as losing to Kane would give Cena less steam going into Wrestlemaina to face The Rock. Cena and Lauranitis, Del Rio and Sheamus, and Cena and Ziggler feuds were much worse than Cena and Kane.
I also thought that the best Weekly TV Show should have went Main Event or NXT. Not one episode of Main Event has disappointed me so far, and most of the matches on the show has been above average. I like how sometimes the show will start off with showing two promos about the wrestlers who will be in the main event. The show is also a good way of getting certain wrestlers showcased, like 3MB, Antonio Cesaro, Wade Barrett, and hopefully The Usos in the future. WWE NXT is a true wrestling show, with all of show's roster having developed characters or gimmicks. The Divas matches on the show are better than Raw and Smackdown's Divas matches, and it can match the quality of the Knockouts matches on TNA. There is little fuckery on the show, and the show has an intense feel to it. That is pretty amazing considering that it's only the WWE developmental league.
The awards being chosen by the fans, and not the Wrestling Observer staff makes it a little bit better.
