Orton then D-Bry if you're going for consistency though this forum does tend to overrate D-Bry's pops.

Lita's best pop IMO was at Judgement Day against Chyna. It was so loud that the Fink was drowned out by the crowd cheering over her music and had to announce her twice. Any of her AE era pops eclipsed Trish Stratus'...as did most of her pops after she returned in 03. Sable used to get huge pops too, her WM pop was probably the biggest at the time for a diva.

It's really tough to pick just one person. Some of the biggest pops I've heard in a positive light were the obvious ones such as The Rock, Austin, HHH, Hogan, Savage.. I just can't name one though. In a negative light then I don't think anyone can touch Vickie Guerrero.

Unfortunately it is impossible for me to give a definitive answer on this from my PoV since a small arena with 10k fans can be louder than a large arena with 50k people in it just due to the size of arena. Also I'd have to take into consideration of if the arena was indoors our outdoors? Was there a dome, was the dome open?
