Unfortunately DK is controversial and Bulldog died before 40.

One of the best characters of the 90's.
Great feuds with The Sandman and Tommy Dreamer, which creatively set the tone and direction for the Attitude Era.
Key figures in ECW.
Stint in late 90's WCW.

- Chris Benoit (Greatest wrestler of all time IMO. Unfortunately, he'll never get in unless evidence comes out that supports his innocence and investigators do something about it.)

- Bruno Sammartino (Obviously he's the roadblock in this one but definitely HOF worthy.)

- Kurt Angle (Don't know if he'll ever return but until he leaves TNA, WWE will most likely merely mention/display him whenever it's necessary. Almost like the uncontroversial version of Benoit where they don't want to show him but have to at times.)

- Randy Savage (Chances are he'll get in sometime soon but it looks like something is always in the way.)
