Default WWE in talks of recruiting old midcard talents

Quote:
As previously reported, WWE is looking to bring back several midcard names in order to fill out the roster and improve house show attendance, as well has help get the younger talent over. Among the names being discussed are John Morrison, Shelton Benjamin, MVP and Low Ki. Benjamin is out of his ROH contract and is considered a likely return; MVP has said he is open to coming back but currently is under contract to NJPW and happy working there.

Why don't they just try pushing the guys they already have? Nostalgia can only take them so far.

That's the problem with the WWE, they always count on past stars, never look for the new ones. They could use Mgilicutty or Ohno in the midcard, they're both better then MVP. I would like to see Low Ki back, i can't deny that, actually

Fuck Shelton, tbh.

Jomo and Low Ki can come back, though. I wouldn't mind that, although I would like to Low Ki carry on with NJPW and work some indies for a bit before he re-signs with the WWE (if he does). I don't really care about MVP, the guy never entertained me and probably never will. They should stay away from Carlito as well. Re-sign Chris Masters and I'll be happy.

I have no problem with this. The likes of John Morrison, Shelton Benjamin, MVP and Low Ki returning would be great and could fill in the void of the mid-card division right now. I'm all for it.

I dont think the solution is to hire proven failures. Morission and Benjamin are very talented but they just didnt have the charisma. I say WWE should stick to its guns and continue pushing NXT wrestlers.

Low Ki won't go back, there's no division that he can wrestle in and no one he can have a good match with, if the crusierweight division was there then yeah he would fit in but right now he fits better in NJPW or TNA.

I say make Shelton and MVP a tag team. MVP is a beast on the mic, and Shelton sure can wow a crowd. And I say make shelton higher than midcard, because he can run a match. Ziggler vs. Shelton would be awesome..
