Great, fire those people and you must replace them with less talented jobbers.

I have no idea how Bourne has managed to stay on the roster after the **** with R-Truth and blatently getting suspended right after coming back from suspension.

That being said, as heartless as it sounds I'd like to see WWE fire most of the guys on that list (aside from Riley, Gabriel, and Hunico) as anything that goes against WWE's aprehension against any sort of change whatsoever is a positive in my view. I've given up on WWE actually pushing any of them.

He has a good look & is a decent talker.

Yup, OK with the rest going bye-bye.

Um..

Brodus Clay
Christian
Cody Rhodes
Damien Sandow
Daniel Bryan
Darren Young
David Otunga
3 Man Band
Dolph Ziggler
Kane
Kofi Kingston
The Miz
R-Truth
Santino
Sin Cara
Titus O'Neil
Tyson Kidd

and the rest of the roster that isn't currently being pushed?

Getting rid of jobbers that never make TV miraculously doesn't really effect the on-air product! What would change exactly if that entire list was fired? RAW doesn't change at all. No one watches or cares about the other shows. So...?
And that's actually part of the problem.

If you get rid of the bottom guys, then the people who are a tier directly above them will start losing more often. Guys like Zack Ryder would never win a match if Epico & Primo weren't around. And it's important that each of these wrestlers are allowed to win more often than they do so that it means something when they lose.

Plus all of those guys you listed are on different levels of the card. The Miz, Kofi, Christian, Cody, Sandow, and Bryan are all upper midcard or guys on the fringe of the main eventer. Miz and Kofi ARE jobbers, but they're jobbing to main event guys like Big Show or Ziggler. Guys like Rhodes Scholars are not going to lose to Brodus Clay (except on Saturday Morning Slam), but they'll lose to Randy Orton or Sheamus.

Evan Bourne fucked up royally, but that's the reason that I would keep him around. Let Bourne be a jobber for the rest of his contract or until he decides to quit. His strongest point is his bumping and selling. Keep him on as an enhancement talent so that guys with bigger upsides don't have to be jobbed out all the time.

The sad thing is, there are a bunch of talented guys on the list here that never (or barely) get used. A lot of them have been miscast too & never really found their niche... the Prime Time Players are a great example of two guys who weren't doing anything until they started teaming & they at least have been featured on the main shows since. I think a number of the guys listed would make decent tag teams - and after the inevitable break-ups of Team Hell No & Team Rhodes Scholars the division could use some depth.

Epico & Primo - these two can go in the ring, versatile team that can be good or bad guys
Jimmy & Jey Uso - another solid team, just give them some screen time
Derrick Bateman & Jack Swagger - The USA Guys - two goofballs who love chicks & America
Michael McGillicutty & Ted DiBiase - The Fortunate Sons - famous wrestling fathers, writes itself; just let McGillicutty use the Hennig name already
Yoshi Tatsu & Sakamoto - The New Orient Express - call Sakamoto back up, give these guys a manager & you could have an exciting Japanese tag team

As for the others:
Alex Riley - like others have said, he could be a player for WWE if he got another chance
Hunico - he'll be out for a while with his ACL injury, but I'd put him back under a mask when he returns
Curt Hawkins - just returning from injury; he's really good all around, could be a great midcarder or tag team guy (he's proved it many times over - with Ryder, Vance Archer & Tyler Reks)
Percy Watson - he'd fit right in with the Prime Time Players, let them use the Freebird rule; you could even feud PTP against 3MB in this scenario
Evan Bourne - another guy who's probably better suited for a tag team, maybe since Kidd is out you team him with Justin Gabriel as the token high flyers; or you could go in a different direction & pair him with a big guy like Ezekiel Jackson or Mason Ryan, let Bourne be a prick who bosses them around (think Spike Dudley as 'the Boss')

I think Camacho, JTG & Tensai have the least amount of value to the company on this list & don't have much upward potential at this point. Camacho hasn't shown much at all since he's been on television, JTG hasn't had a direction in years, & Tensai has flopped big time unfortunately.

That is 100% true, yes, but the wording makes it just sound so sad.

I like the use of the word "miscast" - I think that's the perfect word to use, actually. As an entertainment company, with "superstars", casting is important. You wouldn't put someone in a play that has no character. If you cast a killer and make him a mystery, there's still some depth to be found in how they kill, which gives you a clue about what kind of person the killer is. I think the problem is indeed the way in which the wrestlers are cast. As for jobbing, whether someone likes Al Snow or not, he knew what he was an embraced it and somehow got people to embrace it too. To me, if a guy is a jobber, it doesn't matter, so long as he has an interesting character and is not just taking up roster space. I don't entirely blame the wrestlers for seeming like excess fat. Sometimes(Un)Creative simply doesn't know what to do with them. It's kind of dumb considering that wrestlers are supposed to come assembled with a built-in gimmick, which, one would think, would be easier for them to express and try to get themselves over with since they thought of it. But what do I know?

If Evan Bourne got his shit together, He'd be a freakin' awesome US Champion, or IC Champion, He had some wonderful matches with Jericho/Orton in the past.. So yes, He at least has a reason to be there..

I think another thing that hampers these guys is the lack of any screen time to flesh out a character. I may be in the minority, but I was sad to see NXT get rebranded into the developmental show. Before it merged with FCW, NXT allowed guys like Darren Young & Titus O'Neil to gel as a team along with Hawkins & Reks. Kaitlyn was getting valuable screen time to learn on the job & McGillicutty improved tremendously while he was there. Bateman & Johnny Curtis had a decent storyline with Maxine and Trent Baretta had a spot on tv. Now there's not really a spot for guys who aren't being used, except for the current incarnation of NXT where they're fighting for screen time with people in developmental.

At this point, they're using Main Event to further storylines for higher card guys, but why can't they use Superstars as a platform for lower card guys to find their niche? The show has been reduced to meaningless matches & tons or recaps... why can't it be used better? I think WWE fails to utilize their programming to the fullest, which is a damn shame considering the number of talented guys who could make for entertaining television.
