...Y'all know Wade's bare knuckle boxing thing is a character right? I don't know why people think that it's true, considering the only sources about it come from the man himself. On TV, the dude's punching technique is terrible. Granted I know you don't want to really wallop a guy but still.

Anyway, I'd lean toward Swagger or Brock. The point system was pretty in favor of guys who could do decent takedowns, and while it'd be a lot harder with the gloves I think they could overcome it. Just a matter of learning how to adjust and turn that corner in such big gloves.

Not that it would ever happen mind you. Brawl for All was a horrible idea.

Barrett's story sounds too detailed to be fake to me. And where do you think that massive scar came from then?

I believe Barrett was a bareknuckle fighter. I don't think that means he would win the Brawl for All though. My money is on Lesnar hands down. People say Swagger would take people down, but so would Lesnar and Lesnar is also a fucking beast. Let's not forget Cena and Henry either, both are strong as fuck.

Er, this was a thread about mid carders.

Besides Swagger would wipe both Cena's and Henry's ass - strength is nothing without balance, which neither shows any major skill in. Lesnar has a low centre of gravity for a big guy, which is why he was a good MMA fighter - the only problem he had, was he hated being punched in the face - which lost him his balance from falling back, and then his title.

In fact, I would say, Brock should have been the MMA champion for as long as he did, except for the shear intimidation aspect over his opponents, as they became over cautious.

Also, Barrett was a bare knuckle BOXER. Not a bare knuckle fighter. Difference is, you do not strike the opponent when on the ground, the point is to knock someone out to win, not ground them.

Seriously, their are possible only four men in the WWE main roster today, who could have been MMA fighters with any success.

You will shit yourself laughing at this, but they are Swagger, Ziggler, Bryan and holy crap, I cannot believe I am saying this Santino.

It very much depends if Santino is allowed to wear the Cobra during BFA matches that would determine how succesful he would be

After this thread, I'm hoping Swagger comes back and wins the Rumble, then goes on to face Brock Lesnar in a technical spectacle for the WWE title at WrestleMania

Khali probably wouldn't understand the concept, and assume the B4A is all kayfabe. I can see it now...

Khali head chops Barrett. Barrett looks at him with a "what the fuck" face, before knocking him out with one punch.
