I'm guessing you weren't in tune with his UFC run. His boxing was a little to be desired, at least against Carwin and Velasquez.
Barrett has the experience. Something tells me Cesaro could hold his own in a boxing fight. He certainly would have the power to knock a guy out.
Wat.
He wouldn't need boxing when he's going to go straight for the takedown. That guys fucking 300 pounds, and he'll be facing little guys like Kingston and Bryan. No boxing required.Takedown, hold the fucker down and ground and pound the fuck out of everyone.
Unless theres no GNP allowed in a Brawl for All.
EDIT: Yeah, it's not allowed. I thought this was full on MMA style stuff, but it's just boxing with takedowns worth 5 points. In which case, I still take Lesnar since his boxing is probably enough to take out almost anyone, and he'll get takedowns to both neutralize the striking and gain points.
They had Dr. Death as a lock to win the original B4A, in fact the entire concept was created as a way launch Death's career as a bad-ass main event heel that Steve Austin could potentially feud with down the road. As it turned out, Bart Gunn came out of nowhere and dropped everyone to win the competition. I don't think that was expected at all, and it just goes to show that you never know who can take it when you have something like that with loose rules.
I'd put my money on Barrett for obviously reasons. Dude has a history of bare knuckle fighting.

According to Jim Cornette, Dr. Death tore his hamstring or something during the fight, so that's why he lost. Obviously, he still lost, excuse or not, but it wasn't like Bart Gunn was going to beat him on even ground.

Probably wouldn't have, but then again we'll never know..
One thing's for sure, Bart exposed himself quickly in his fight with Butterbean. Such a stupid move by WWE to book that fight, completely killed Bart's momentum and rendered the B4A pointless.
Probably someone they have no intention of pushing...at the expense of someone they did have an intention of pushing. Just like the last Brawl For All.
Winner Curt Hawkins after he KOs Brock Lesnar in the 1st round?
Lesnar would never be featured on there because Brawl 4 all is just mid carders, so I take my pick of Lesnar back. Most likely, it'll be some like Barrett knocking the fuck outta everyone, or Swagger taking people down.
Funny about about the Brawl for All was that the payoff of it all (aside from injuries, boring the crowd and basically telling the audience that the actual wrestling matches are fake) was Bart Gunn getting knocked out in like 40 seconds by Butterbean at Wrestlemania, lol.
Anyway I'd put my money on Lesnar or Barrett as others have said.
