He can use his real name whenever he wants... It's his real name. That's why you get wrestlers legally changing their name to their wrestling name.

The issue is that WWE doesn't like people using their real names/previous names, because it's more difficult for them to get the rights.


Of that list Nic Nemeth (whenever he's used it he spells it Nic instead of Nick, as a tribute to Ric Flair) & Ron Killings are better than their stage names.
