TNA are a business trying to protect their interests, dropping a lawsuit that they settled with isn't a sign of weakness, nor is forming one in the first place.

I think that TNA are right in trying to protect their talent, but wrong at trying to stop WWE from poaching their roster.

Speaking from experience, just because you use it, doesn't mean you're going to get jacked without putting in any effort. It is a lot of hard work, but I recommend you do your own research before you take them. And you will need to eat well, or else you are just wasting your time. Whether you want to get bulked the legit way or not, it both requires a ton of effort and most of it is mental.

Well that sucks. I'm still waiting on action to be taken for Flair appearing. TNA was definitely in the right here and I'm sorry to see that they backed down for no real reason.

I see what you're both saying. LeapingLannyPoffo, I get you, but for TNA to achieve one thing in this case they - ultimately - had to do the other thing (you disagree with), it's no different from business in general, you wouldn't want someone trying to take - effectively - your money, you were still paying, away from you, while having your confidential information given away in the process, in this case TNA couldn't please you, they had to do one (create the lawsuit) to do the other (stop their roster getting poached).
hadrysno1fan: Yeah, that's exactly why they'd have been happy to settle with what they've got now, by the looks of it.
