I'd say so for sure yeh. Guys who have done a lot less have been inducted.
He would definitely get in now, and would probably be someone who could headline a Hall of Fame in a couple of years. The guys had one of the longest title reigns in history and will win a few more before he's done.

Two time MITB winner,multi time champion and Longest reigning one in the "Modern Era",feuded and beaten John Cena multiple times which is unheard of,also feuded with past legends like HHH,Kevin Nash,Chris Jericho and now The Rock.He's a shoe in imo.

Personally I think Punk will not be asked to join the Hall of Fame because he's a stubborn, controlling prick in real life and Vince probably hates him.

What very, very little credibility they have would be shot to hell if they didn't induct a guy with 2 Money in the Bank wins, ECW Title, tag title,
5 WHC/WWE title reigns, with one of them being a 14+ month with the company's top belt.

i don't think so, i know punk had a great Career even before starting in WWE
but i don't think that is enough to be a Hall of famer , he need a few year as well

Yes. People say it'd be too early, but guys from the attitude era that made their impact really didn't do much for 10 years plus. Punk's pretty much done what they done in their time, but in his time. Plus, he's the most deserving of this era anyway.
Unless you count Cena as the same era as Punk..which I somewhat don't.
