Unless something drastic happens it wont go out of business any time soon, its still massively successful by most standards it might just have to scale back in some area's when it should really be growing.

Sports leagues have been around for over a hundred years(NHL is at like 95 or something), so things don't always come to an end.

If they can keep on bringing in money, things won't come to an end.


People really need to start distinguishing the difference between popularity and profit. A company can be real popular, but doesn't always mean they make money. Or a company might not seem popular, but doesn't mean they don't bring in money.

The day WWE goes out of business is the day they have negative profits for multiple years. And considering they make several dozen millions dollars in profits per year(meaning money they have left over AFTER things like paying for arenas,superstar contracts and all that), that won't happen anytime soon.

The knowing Punk personally thread, while turning into a joke thread, had a lot of great stories in it, here are some of my Punk stories that didn't make the cut:

1) He's my postman
2) I'm the caretaker for his swimming pool when he's on the road
3) He lives in my basement
4) I taught him everything he knows about wrestling
5) He was in my high school math class but he got kicked out for cheating off me.

Moral of the story: Everyone needs to laugh every once in a while.

Football (soccer) has been around for hundreds of years and its still popular, the team I support has been around for 120 years, not all things need to come to an end after 50 years. The WWE are doing al right at the moment, not there best years but if things keep declining like they are then I would say in 8-12 years.
