That "it" aura and speed, I see it in some of Ryback's moves. Goldberg probably moved faster, hit harder, but Ryback is probably a safer worker.

I think a lot of people buy into Ryback as a cheap ripoff, but may have liked him were he the one to emerge from the attitude era in WCW, and think Goldberg was a ripoff were he the one to emerge now. It just takes a perception change and actually trying to think if Goldberg emerged now and Ryback had a successfull wrestling run 10 years ago. I can see Goldberg emerging and people chanting "Feed Me More"

People should start chanting "Heartbreak Kid" at Dolph Ziggler, because his reputation is for selling, having good matches, and he's even using the Superkick now.

You are right, he does seem to work safer....compared to when the Ryback gimmick first began.

Ryback's 6'3...Goldberg's 6'4...and not Ryback.

I don't get this argument. If Ryback had come first, do we know that Goldberg would have been a clone? Or would he have changed his character to be more original? The fact is that Ryback and WWE creative have made a wrestler similar in style, appearance and story to Goldberg, but not as good. That argument can be made because it is what happened, not what may have happened if time travel could switch their places!

Wrong. Goldberg had the "it" factor, the aura and was more athletic so the "Ryback" or "Feed me more" chants would die after a week.
But to be honest there would be no Ryback chants for Goldberg if Goldberg debuted later simply because there is nothing special about Ryback and he would be forgotten in those 15 years. Goldberg was so special WCW had no other choice than to push him into the main event. Ryback is not special so if he had debuted in 1997 he would probably feud with Wrath and Scott Norton or be a member of Jimmy Hart's First Family. The best someone like he could accomplish is be a nWo member #50 but that's it.
Saying Goldberg would receive Ryback chants if he debuted today is the same like saying Goldberg would receive Scott Norton chants

You ever see the guy or girl who is naturally good looking, but is just awkward or uncomfortable? Then do you see the person who isn't necessarily attractive in the classical sense, but just has a presence about them that makes people gravitate towards them? That's the difference between Goldberg and Ryback.

Ryback unfortunately just doesn't have "IT".
The question is...
Who has the IT Factor in today's full-time roster? Because that's the problem we have in the first time. Ziggler has not, Wade Barrett has not, Alberto del Río has not, Ryback has not, Seth Rollins has not, Cody Rhodes has not.
