"Miss/love you, Owen" - The Rock

I had to ask this. It's driving me crazy.

I remember seeing a match, set in The Attitude Era, where during it The Rock takes the headset off of one of the announcers and starts ranting, but he ends it with saying either "miss" or "love you, Owen". It was pretty heartfelt. Does anyone know the match I'm talking about?
