I'm not saying Yukes and THQ are perfect, you're quite right.

All I'm saying is why go from one pile of shit to another pile of shit?

Entire THQ collection is on Steam for $25. A lot of good games up there, such a good deal.

They should hit up AKI and have them make wrestling games again. They killed it with WCW/NWO Revenge, WWF No Mercy, Virtual Pro Wrestling series, and etc.

They changed their name to "syn Sophia". what I heard they want to make another wrestling game, but I guess the market isn't good enough to make one or something like that

I think from all this money loss WWE is going through some of the low card talent should worry for their jobs as cuts are gonna have to be done to save the company so expect releases soon

WWE is not a sport and they just hooked up with the UFC, doubt it highly. Also doubt 2k Sports which made a much superior basketball game hooks up with them either.

Shame about THQ. Although fuck them for Homefront which should have been epic but was disgusting.

Re: THQ goes broke, owes WWE $45 million

The major problem THQ had, that eventually led to its downfall was licensed games. As an avid gamer, and THQ fan, I kept up with alot of their struggles. You can't keep paying licensing fees, and the games not sell well and keep the company afloat. Not to mention they didn't have many triple A games.

EA does wonders with their 2 top licensed games, FIFA and Madden. Vince would bust a nut if the WWE games sold like FIFA or Madden. FIFA sold 7mil copies in its first week worldwide this year. I'm certain WWE 13 was no where near that.

Re: THQ goes broke, owes WWE $45 million

THQ only distributes the games. Yukes is responsible for developing the game. I would imagine that Yukes will simply find another company to distribute their products. I would imagine that WWE would rather stick with Yukes if they can find a different distributor. Yukes has already invested a great deal of time and money to create a solid foundation to build upon and improve. It would be much more costly to find a new developer, code a new game from scratch, negotiate contracts & licenses etc.

I do not think WWE '14 will happen if wwe do not sign with EA.

THQ will like not make any more game.
