It's a diabolical and brilliant actually. She suffers no blame. When the writing sucks she can say, well not my fault, it's those Hollywood writers who don't know anything about the product.
I don't really understand what exactly there is to know about the business that is so difficult to comprehend though. It's a never ending story, so every angle should ideally transition into something else. You have to consider win/loss ratios as well as serious angle/non-serious angle ratios in order to keep the current roster in higher standing with the fans. Finally, you just have to know the fans, this isn't difficult as we practically scream out which wrestlers we approve of and dislike. That's basically the wrestling business in a nutshell, there are probably a few quirks on the side per situation, but they can be learned easily I would say.
