I have to agree with this, although I wouldn't say she is "grossly incompetent.".
No one can challenge her. She can simply say oh what do you know, I grew up here, you only know Hollywood.
It's a diabolical and brilliant actually. She suffers no blame. When the writing sucks she can say, well not my fault, it's those Hollywood writers who don't know anything about the product.
The McMahon family are deluded. All of them but Shane.
