Hi,

I know Punk retained in a not so clean way, been that the guy who was about to take the pin got a beat down by The Shield.

But does it class as Cena getting pinned cleanly? He was finished with a wrestling move, it's just that the guy who did not finish him, got the pin?

Not a major talking point I know. Just wanted to know if in the wrestling world it classed as Cena getting pinned clean..

Glad someone finally talked about this.

I'm sure it does mean he got pinned cleanly, and I was surprised for how long he was laying on the ground after Ryback gave him the Shellshock, and before Punk went for the pin.

I guess Shellshock is Cena's kryptonite.

Cena was pinned cleanly, Punk didn't pin Cena cleanly as he wouldn't have been able to pin Cena if it were not for Shields interference. However it's a match where unclean actions are fair play, so Punk won fairly, just not cleanly.

And yeah, I was impressed with how long Cena had to stay down for, though a little bit of me thinks Punk deliberately took his time getting the pin just for the laughs, probably not but I like to imagine.
