If Kurt were to return, what are the big dream matches left for him?

If it's only guys he's never wrestled before, Daniel Bryan and Sheamus.

Can't really think of anyone else. A match with a different Randy Orton would also be interesting but every other opponent that could create a great match has already wrestled him before. (Cena, Lesnar, Rock, HHH, Mysterio)

Hell, also count a WM match with Undertaker for that matter. Would have been great at WM22 but instead they went for Mark Henry. (a match with Benoit would have also been classic for Taker that year)

They may not be big "money matches" but they potentially could be big in match quality, I would love to see Kurt Angle have a series of matches with Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, and Dolph Ziggler.

I would even like to see him feud with John Cena and Randy Orton again. Also, possibly get that WrestleMania match he was supposed to have with Undertaker years ago.

Bryan and Punk, maybe Dolph

I don't love John Cena, in fact I don't even like him. But I hate the idea that he is the worst! Cena doesn't bury talents. Talents go down the card after Cena because feuding with Cena... is the highlight of their career. Deal with it.

Like others have mentioned, him facing CM Punk, Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan would be worth watching.
