Well, FCW/NXT seems to be the only way for WWE to increase talent. With all the future stars like Sheamus or Ryback to come from them, who do you think is next? I don't know any of these guys so I can't tell.

Rollins is good for at least one title reign. He's loveable, high-flying, high-impact. He's stopped being a big spot-monkey disaster and gained a little polish on his moves. He's like a better, soberer Jeff Hardy without pretensions to artistry.

There is a lot of great talent in NXT right now,

Seth Rollins will most likely get at least a championship run and hopefully a title reign.
Kassius Ohno should at least get one, he is a pretty talented wrestler and is likable.
Luke Harper should at least get to the point of number one contender for the championship.
Bray Wyatt is improving a lot and will hopefully get to that level.

What's with this Dean Ambrose guy? Everyone talks about him.

Ambrose, Wyatt, Steamboat, Brodie Lee, Rollins and Ohno.

Please don't use ryback and sheamus as examples. If you are looking for untalented big fucks, I'm pretty sure vince will find some.

Dean Ambrose is probably the best professional wrestler there is today, he is the attitude Punk wishes he had. He isn't really on FCW/NXT, he hasn't been on it since it switched to NXT so I didn't include him in the list. He is in the limbo of waiting to debut. If he doesn't get a WWE Championship reign at least once it will be a tragedy.

If you look up some videos you can see how great of a talker he is, there is a couple youtube videos of his debut promo and also he had a great feud in FCW with William Regal which you can find typing in 'True Villains'.

Rollins will probably become a huge face in the company, and I can see him having a feud for the WWE Title with Dean Ambrose. The two put on fantastic matches against each other back in FCW. Dean Ambrose will become a top heel in the future. There are also guys like Bray Wyatt, Richie Steamboat, and Kassius Ohno who will be future main eventers.

Another guy that could be a huge star in the company is Big E Langston. He's already over with the crowd in NXT.

Not many, but Rollins probably will. Ohno might and Wyatt is an outside shot but I think Rollins is definitely the best bet.

Apart from the guys mentioned, Roman Reigns will almost certainly win a world title. I can also see Connor O'Brian and maybe even Kenneth Cameron being in the main event at some point if Ascension gets over as well as it should.

I can't see anybody but Ambrose, who isn't on NXT even though he's classified as an NXT talent. Wyatt is amazing but this gimmick isn't made for titles. Rollins has midcard written all over him, he's the type of person who wins the IC title like 6 times, ala Kofi, and I could maybe see Hero winning the WHC but definitely not the WWE title. The others are probably all destined to be jobbers, but maybe Langston gets an Ezekiel Jackson-esque push before that happens. I suppose if anybody else had a chance, it might be Brodie Lee because he's pretty tall and the WWE likes big guys, but I don't know if his gimmick would be an ME thing.
