He was a good wrestler with a good look around the time when New Age Outlaws really kicked off, but I think him winning King Of The Ring in 1999 was a dumb decision that he never really recovered from. Not withstanding the fact that he was called Mr. Ass.

He was excellent. Above average in ring with a signature that always drew a pop. Seems to be well reported that his attitude always held him back. Was great on the mic too, even if it was only for those 13 words.
