More than likely John Cena will unveil the new belt when it comes out... personally I wouldn't want either Punk or Cena to unveil it...

Unless you're talking of of a temporally new belt like Edge did. That of course has been done with the Miz too. I wouldn't be surprised if CM Punk beat Cena at Survivor Series he unveils an ugly temporary belt until someone takes if off him.

But who knows time will tell blah blah blah
