Re: What wrestlers deserve the WWE's championships the most?
WWE Champion - The Miz (As Face)
World Heavyweight Champion - Dolph Ziggler
Intercontinental Champion - Tyson Kidd
United States Champion - Antonio Cesaro
Divas Champion - Natalia
Tag Team Champion - 3MB (Under the free bird rule)
Royal Rumble Winner - The Rock (He will lose the title match at the RR and enter at number 30 and win to challenge again at Mania - Doesnt have to pointlessly carry the title for 2 months and can still hype mania to suit his schedule)
Money in the Bank 2013 winner - Damien Sandow
Face/Heel turns - I'd switch Miz and push him to become the top baby face and I'd turn Brodus Clay heel - back to the way he was meant to return before this awful gimmick
Face of the company - Punk, Cena Miz & D Bry
Wrestlemania 29 - Rock vs Miz (could be a potential show stealer) Lesnar vs Punk and Taker vs Cena

Re: What wrestlers deserve the WWE's championships the most?
WWE Champion: Brock Lesnar. Hear me out on this one. Throw the title on Brock for 5 or 6 months. Have him successfully defend the title clean in every PPV, against guys like Cena, Orton, The Rock, Undertaker, Big Show, HHH, Kane, any wrestler established enough to the point where a loss won't hurt them. Turn him into the unbeatable machine he was in his first run. Have him rip through every challenger that comes his way. What would the end result be? For one thing, a lot of prestige would be brought back to the title. Second, you have a complete monster of a top heel, just begging for an up-and-comer to get a huge rub by taking the title off him. A lot of guys could benefit from that, especially if it was in a WM main event. They could have Daniel Bryan playing the role of Eddie Guerrero, CM Punk taking back what's rightfully his, Ryback doing whatever it is he does, or... uh... Wow. Not that many options. But yeah, this is kinda ignoring the whole limited appearances thing, so...
World Heavyweight Champion: I'd personally have it unified with the WWE title, maybe by Punk or Lesnar (see wall of text above), but if that's not an option, then Wade Barrett. He's long overdue for a world title reign.
Intercontinental Champion: Damien Sandow.
United States Champion: Antonio Cesaro.
Divas Champion: Eh.
Tag Team Champion: Team Hell No. Bryan is way too good for the tag division, but it needs all the help it can get.
Royal Rumble Winner: Wade Barrett.
Money in the Bank 2013 winner: Cody Rhodes.
Wrestlemania 29 card: Rock vs. Punk, Wade Barrett vs. Sheamus, Cena vs. Undertaker, Orton vs. Lesnar, Team Hell No vs.... The Ascension, I guess? (I feel bad putting Daniel Bryan in a tag team match, but...), Antonio Cesaro vs. The Miz, Kofi Kingston vs. Damien Sandow
Face/Heel turns: Orton - Heel
Brand switches: Just get rid of the brand extension.
Face of the company: Not really something you can "decide". It just kinda happens.

Talent/charisma draws. Not size.

Re: What wrestlers deserve the WWE's championships the most?
WWE Champion: Daniel Bryan. Him or Punk, but because Punk has had two reigns, one being over a year, it's time for Bryan. However, he can't take it from Punk. He should take it from Cena, Rock or Brock, a huge name.
World Heavyweight Champion: Ziggler. Barrett would be my first choice if he didn't get injured. He needs some build to get back where he was.
Intercontinental Champion: Damien Sandow. He just also has to take it from a 'bigger' name (like Mysterio or Christian). Not from Kofi, that wouldn't mean anything.
United States Champion: Antonio Cesaro. He's been good so far.
Divas Champion: Don't care.
Tag Team Champion: Primo & Epico. Best tag-team in WWE. They should've turned face after AW screwed them. Not sure how they are on the mic, but in the backstage scene that ended up in a brawl they were really good.
Royal Rumble Winner: Barrett.
Money in the Bank 2013 winner: Cody Rhodes.
Wrestlemania 29 card: Rock vs. Punk, Brock vs. Bryan (WWE-title), Ziggler vs. Barrett vs. Orton (WHC), Undertaker vs. Cena, Epico & Primo vs. Prime Time Players vs. Mysterio & Sin Cara (Tag Team Titles), Cesaro vs. Miz (US Title), Christian vs. Sandow (IC Title), Sheamus vs. HHH (settle there score, either one could be heel here), Ryback vs. all the jobbers (gauntlet match).
Face/Heel turns:Primo & Epico - Face
Ziggler - Tweener
