Re: Uncomfortable viewing?

Like some others have said, Santino is pretty embarrassing to watch in general. I thought the whole Jericho pouring beer on Punk storyline was uncomfortable too. It was a crap storyline and dragged on for far too long.

Weirdly, I also hate watching Rey Mysterio. I think the 619 is ridiculous, just because it's so unrealistic and so takes me out of the action. It's rare that wrestlers ever collapse on to the bottom rope with their head leaning out, yet when Rey fights, it happens once or twice every match. With the vast majority of wrestling they can make moves look believable and feasible, but the 619 is horrible.

Katie Vick
Angle sexually harassing Sharmell and calling her a 'gutterslut'
Michael Cole nearly getting forced into buttsecks with Heidenreich (that was kinda lawlzy I suppose)

Re: Uncomfortable viewing?

I take the view that wrestling is SUPPOSED to be absurd, tasteless and edgy. And the best thing about it is that reality can be blurred in with storylines. The heart attack thing didn't bother me at all, as it would've been cleared by Jerry as fine.

The only thing that bothers me (as with all TV and films) is when it's executed poorly. So bad acting or botches. Otherwise, storyline elements are fine by me as long as there is a point to them. There was a reason to mention Jerry's heart attack, for example. Whereas Vince mocking JR's Bell's Palsy made me feel uncomfortable, as it was needless.

Re: Uncomfortable viewing?

The most recent time was the Cobra falling in love with Aksana. Also like somebody else mentioned AJ often makes me cringe/have to pause the TV.
