Well deserved.

The Ultimate Warrior definitely deserves a spot in the Hall of Fame. No doubt about it.

Seems like a decent enough guy. Shame what happened to him, he was a big part of the WWF back then.

Warrior/Hogan was not bigger than Hogan/Andre! That match put WWF on the map and forever cemented Hogan's legacy as the biggest icon in wrestling history. I wouldnt say it was the biggest match but prob the most important one.

Warrior doesnt get proper respect for being hot enough to dethrone Hogan and beat him clean at WM.

Rock/Austin at WM 17 imo was the 2nd biggest match ever behind Rock/Hogan which was to determine (kayfabe) who will go down as GOAT and the right person won

I don't know a whole lot about Warrior. I've only seen so many videos of him performing and a couple of his weird promos. I also don't know much about the things he's done out of the ring aside from reading that he dissed the company and the people he worked with. From what little I saw, though, he was definitely a character, packed full of energy, and put on cool performances. I don't really care either way if he got inducted, but celebrities that make one-time appearances get inducted too so why the hell not induct a guy who (at least at some point) did something for the business? I'm sure that Vince is more than capable of sucking it up for one night.

He deserves to be in imo.

Warrior can be a shit stirrer at times. I'd be worried about what he might go off about during his induction speech if I were WWE. As a fan it would be pretty interesting to watch though.

I love threads like this. Really weeds out the men from the boys.

If you think the Warrior was overrated, blah blah blah, there's a really good chance you are too young to know what you're talking about (in which case, shut your mouth and pipe down, kid), or you have been brainwashed by the "E."

Ultimate Warrior at one point eclipsed Hulk Hogan, (No, not the TNA Hulk Hogan), The IMMORTAL Hulk Hogan. The TOP GUY in the history of the business. And to date, children, let me remind you that Ultimate Warrior is the ONLY man to cleanly defeat the Immortal Hulk Hogan, 1-2-3, on the biggest stage of them all, in his prime.

Randy Savage never did it, Ric Flair never did it, Bret Hart, The Undertaker, Andre the Giant, etc etc., ALL fell victim to the Big Boot and Atomic Leg Drop. That is, until Warrior did it at WrestleMania VI.

Now, for those of you that wish to believe that one, Vincent K. McMahon would allow some "overrated, talentless, flash-in-the-pan," guy do this to business, then I can't help you. Fact is, McMahon, Heenan, Hogan, and all the rest set out to destroy UW in that DVD.

Things didn't work out, and they turned rather messy between WWF/Warrior, but the fact remains that he definitely drew as big of reactions as Stone Cold, The Rock, Cena, and Hulk Hogan, but WWE will have it's new legion of fans, or I'm sorry, erm, "The WWE Universe," believe otherwise.

Warrior is one of the most iconic figures in wrestling history and should be in any HOF. The WWE HOF has no credibility either way. Only a few were bigger than he was at his peak. I was never a fan BTW. I would also love to see him work a reality-based program with Vince on TV, and maybe even a Warrior/Vince match for WM. Warrior is still in great shape and can move, Vince can still do it like we saw on RAW a few month ago, this can be an awesome feud, for the promos and the brawl. If Warrior agrees to the HOF and the legends deal, I imagine that they would do another DVD for him, this time with a different attitude. WM30, Ultimate Warrior vs Vince McMahon "20 years in the making" can be unique and entertaining.
