I'm not sure who that was but I can see a case being made for Koko. I was always under the assumption that Koko went in because they couldn't put in Owen though. They teamed together as High Energy. Plus, I mean, have you heard the story about Frankie, Koko's bird, dying? That shit is heart-breaking.

Koko was a solid worker & was REAL good even before hitting WWF. I'm not sure what a Hall of Fame induction in a worked business entails, just kayfabe titles?

There are definitely more deserving superstars, such as Rick Rude, that definitely should be in before Koko but whatever.
