Hogan jobbed clean to Rock and Lesnar as well as putting over HHH. He had no problem dropping matches at that point in his career. He never even demanded the win back over Rock or Lesnar. He would have put over Austin for the cash no problemo. Austin was scared to death of pro Hogan chants like in the Rock match where heel Hogan got enormous cheers over face Rock.

He didnt want the match cause he doesnt like Hogan simple as that im sure Austin will get cheers against Hogan as long as its not in Canada,just like Rock got bigger reactions then Hogan until that last match

As I said in another thread, Hogan said in an interview on Hot 97 that the reason Austin/Hogan never took place was because there was "business heat". The story I've heard for years is that neither man wanted to put the other over. I remember dave 1981 saying that he read that Hogan only jobbed to Rock if he could get 1 more title reign afterwards.
Not to mention, Austin still had problem with Hogan from WCW.
What was dumb was Hogan challenging Austin in 2005, knowing damn well Austin couldn't have really worked at that time. I call it a clash of egos, same reason we never got Hogan/Bret or why Hogan/Piper never put the other over clean.
