The second video showed how hard is the challenge ahead of them. Addiction is never easy to overcome. People fighting their own demons is the hardest battle any man could lead. I think as long as DDP keeps pushing him over and over again, they will make it in the end.

DDP is a legend and I hope Jake can follow this program really well. I've done the DDPYoga videos myself just the first month and I can tell someone who's in slight shape is sweating all the time but having a blast doing it. If this doesn't help Jake I don't know what will since DDP is the best at what he does
