I'm not a big Hardy fan by any stretch but he oozes charisma in his matches and is/was one of the best sellers in the business in my view. He's never going to have a great match without spots but he can do a pretty solid one.
Also, John Morrison has developed some pretty solid psychology over the last few years so i wouldn't call him as a spot monkey just based on the fact he's got some flashy moves. Even AJ Styles has similar moves and isn't regarded as a spot monkey(helps that he's a Top 10 worker in the states)
I voted Jack Evans in the poll but that was probably just due to my own dislike of him. He isn't a horrific worker without spots.
If I could vote again I'd go with Sabu. Pretty Much his entire moveset are spots. He has found more uses for a chair than any other wrestler I know of
