Worst crowd in wrestling history?

After that monstrosity of a crowd at Hell in a Cell, it got me wondering, has there been crowds that have been worse than that? We all know the best crowds (NYC, Chicago, Philadelphia, Montreal, London) but what are the worst?

Wherever the hell Capitol Punishment was. God, that was a terrible crowd.

I remember the 2011 Slammy's crowd being pretty awful.

I don't remember specific cities/towns, but in general I hate it when you really NOTICE that there's no pops or chants. That Brian Christopher entrance always comes to mind. :lol

Apart from Chicago,Montreal,NY every city is Worst.Thats Due to the Bad product though not the fault of the city.
