Hear me out I thought of a storyline where Taker takes Wade under his wing teaches him everything as his mentor giving taker a presence but not having to wrestle. Comes to RR 2013 Wade turns on Taker, setting up taker vs Wade for Mania 30. At WM30 Wade beats taker therefor taking his "Power" and becoming the new Phenom. Taker then able to retire and Wade is now a top star for years to come.
