He seems like a complete and utter jerk. I've never suffered a loss of someone as close as my brother and I hope I never will and I hope I never understand that feeling, but he just seems like a completely sour, bitter old man who's using his brother to say what he wants. I may be wrong and he may be the nicest guy in the world, he just seems like a complete tool. Not just from that video, but from other interviews I've seen/read/heard.
