Re: Wrestler Years 8: Chris Jericho
My favorite Chris Jericho years were 2007-2010. In 2007, he had one of the best and most underrated WWE returns in recent memory, the whole SAVE_US_Y2J cryptic angle was set up at the right place at the right time, and was nicely done. He was on fire during his brief face run - yeah, I enjoyed it, whatevs. In 2008, he went on to portray his best work in his career as he played the best heel in the company at the time and considering there was Edge, JBL and Randy Orton on the roster too, that really says a lot. Not to mention, he was involved in a quality rivalry with Shawn Michaels that produced some quality matches. In 2009, him and Rey Mysterio had a red-hot feud that brought a sh*t-load of credibility back into the Intercontinental Championship. Next we had Jeri-Show, a well worked tag team with legit connection and chemistry, and he made me get an enjoyment out of Big Show. And he still remained brilliant in 2010, still remained brilliant.
