Are you asking between Punk and Rock, or is that photo just stating your own opinion, OP?
If it's between them, then I gotta say it's pretty even. I don't mean to ride the fence, but they're different talkers in the fact that what Punk says can stay with you for days, while Rock is highly entertaining but still gets his point across. They both know the importance of sound bytes and how to sell something to the crowd.

Exactly this. People can give their views and analysis on who is the greater talker or who is the greater influence on the audience, but their styles are so utterly contrasting that trying to determine who is 'better' is simply a waste of time. The Rock is better at Punk than gaining the attention and getting crowd interaction, but Punk is better at telling a story and making an angle believable. Personally I much prefer Punk but that's just me.
