This match should have happened in 2005.

Don't get me wrong that was one of the best mania matches I have ever seen in terms of crowd involvement.

It's unlikely that it will happen now as both have had their problems with injuries and constant surgeries it would almost be painful to watch.
Hogan and Rock had a lot more in common when you think about it, in fact Rock is what Hogan was supposed be and that's the crossover megastar wrestling/movies. Austin was never in any shape to carry Hogan to a passable match as evident by that shit match he had with Hall.

In Austin's defence, Hall made that match terrible, it was obvious he was there for his paycheck

Re: Austin owns Hogan hall of fame

at anyone who thinks Austin was "disrespecting" Hogan as opposed to Hogan not clapping when Austin was introduced like EVERYBODY else. I'd of loved to of seen them both in the ring just to see Austin go over that prick.

Re: Austin owns Hogan hall of fame

Question is should they go at it as their last match? Wrestling is just story telling and that battle would be just that.
