This is a good thread I'll be checking out some of the matches mentioned.

Smackdown was rediculously good this year from Punk's rise as a heel, to Jeff's best year in the WWE, to Jericho and Rey having the best in ring fued in ages, to Morrison working great matches on a weekly basis, and Edge having a great run this was incredible tv from about June - Sept.

That Backlash fatal four way from 2007 owned. Just awesome timing in that match. And Tista pretty much found his perfect opponent in Taker who he had several great tussles with. I loved their in ring dynamic.
