Is there not a possibility that it could be Kane or Big Show?

It's a mixture of both the talent & the writing!

I could list problems with EVERY single wrestler in the company.. HELL can we even call them "wrestlers" anymore? Because half of them don't seem to ever actually WRESTLE!

Brodus Clay - They have him as this big joke ... like a P.G Godfather but HE CAN'T dance and he just looks really awkward and uncomfortable during his sketches. He'd make a really decent heel with some decent writing.

Daniel Bryan - A genuine champion if given the chance... his "YES YES YES" catchphrase was catchy but they KILLED IT. Absolutely murdered it. AND yet they've carried it on with his "NO! NO! NO!" & "I'm the tag champs" and it doesn't get a reaction/pop from the crowd anymore! Almost like the writing team saw a slight reaction initially and completely went over kill on it untill we are choking on the damn stuff.

Kane - HOW IN HOLY HELL has this guy stuck with the WWE for so long. Such a great character and strong wrestler and yet he hasn't had a serious storyline for decades! He used to be a FORCE. Now he's a joke. That thing with the anger management trash can explosion?!?! PLEASE!

Cena/Orton - The SAME templated, boring, tried and tested, rating killing characters they have always been (at least Orton changes from heel to face). For god's sake I don't care how many action figures they sell CHANGE THEM UP or GET RID! SURELY even the stupid kids that have funded these goons have gotten bored by now? Were we that stupid when we were young?

CM Punk is the only reason I watch but the direction they've taken him is beyond a joke. It's perfect proof that they don't have a clue how to write and more often kill their own creations before they

So you're saying, everyone in the company cares about their position. . .except the guy who's been in the best position out of the entire company for a year and a half?

Are you drunk or something? You pretty much got that completely backwards. The one guy who WOULDN'T say shit right now would be CM Punk. He's been the one guy reaping all the benefit of WWE's storylines over the last friggin like 500 days. He's been the champ for 300+ days. Punk is the last guy who would feel the need to run his mouth right now.

And yeah I am picking on you a little bit. Several other people said similar, terrible comments which have no common sense in them.

Punk absolutely has no reason to run his mouth whatsoever. Del Rio and Orton are far more likely candidates as they've been getting the shit end of the stick for awhile. Not to mention ADR has threatened to quit before due to shitty handling (in his opinion).

I'd guess Del Rio if I had to go with anyone. He has the track record of bitching, he's an impatient guy, and hasn't had the title in awhile.

Orton would be my guess.

Vince loves him so Randall would have no trouble standing up to him.

I agree with you about Brodus...call me crazy, but I'd even keep his same gimmick as well with a heel turn and make him more of a Godfather style character...probably wouldn't work in today's WWE though.

Daniel Bryan and Kane are probably 2 of the most popular guys in WWE right now. seems like Bryan still gets a strong reaction from crowds (not sure what show you've been watching recently?) and a lot of the Kane stuff has been genuinely funny...I did actually laugh at the exploding trashcan thing for instance. He was pushed as a force for years, both masked and unmasked but fact of the matter is, it didn't really work for him.

Don't think anybody would argue with you about Cena being stale as fuck (amazes me that even kids aren't getting bored of him also) but he the cash cow, the money horse, the merch seller and whilst he generates the dollars as is, he won't be changing Orton I do think comes across as bland but he was a decent heel and his in ring work is nearly always very good, excellent in some cases. Plus he's not really been shoved down anyone's throat for quite a while now, so I wouldn't put him in the same catagory as Cena at all.

Back on topic....yeah, was probably either Punk or Orton who spoke to Vince. And Vince really does need a kick up the ass. For too long, they've just been coasting along generating an income from merch sales and advertising revenue whilst viewing figures for Raw and Smackdown get lower and lower and lower. Vince is way too obsessed with trying to build a media empire and become an even bigger success than Ted Turner even now. The Monday Night Wars ended 11 years ago, FFS. Vince needs to to move on and concentrate on making his existing shows better rather than wasting time and money on bullshit like WWE Studios and the WWE Network whilst the rest of his company falls down around him.

Is it not possible that it was Paul Heyman? I mean he technically counts as talent...

Everyone negates Cena but I think it is a big possibility it was him. I mean the guy has been going non stop for last 4 years or more. The fact that he gets injured has arm surgery, wwe.com post he will be back in a week starts a minor twitter war with Cena. The fact creative wants to put him in a HITC match just a few weeks after surgery is stupid. Cena is a workhorse he has a solid place in the company and a relationship with Vince where he can speak his mind. Vince will not fire Cena or discipline him. Cena is their golden boy and makes them to much dam money. If you love him or hate him Cena is a work horse and has very good morals and strong work ethic he loves the company and wants the best for it.

The fact that his promo on raw states that he had one week off and saw what crap it was gives it a green light in my book.
