We all know that the WWE divas div is in one big mess right now and it need to fix right. So could the WWE do to fix the divas div to hope to get it back on the right track. Post your ideas here for what you think could be done to fix the divas div

1-Go back to the Women div and being back the women title

2-Hired more roster ready women like Josette BynummNikki Roxxi and Mercedes Martinez

3-Maybe like having Sara Del Ray as a diva trainer maybe try to get Someone like Jazz,Jacqueline or ever Sarya Knight as trainers

4-Build the new women div around Paige

if they still want models, well they can get girls as young as 15 then train them until they turn 18, Once they turn 18, put them in developmental until they turn 20. People trained from a very young age tend to be better, we have late bloomers but yeah, if they want a model turn wrestler who will be good, get girls who are at least 15 years of age.

What 15 year old girl is going to want to be in wrestling by the time she turns 20?

Kids change their minds.

In theory it would be a good idea, but there's no guarantee that those they train would stay involved in a program for that long and let alone debut. I know many great male wrestlers started out that young, but the WWE just can't start developmental programs for minors and hope they stick with it...this is money invested, by the time they are old enough to get on television, you could be talking half a million dollars per in kid, with training time, investment, injury pay, etc...

They need to first hire experienced womens wrestlers to work with their rookie divas that WWE train themselves. A rookie diva is more likely to learn more, wrestling a womens wrestler like Sara Del Rey than wrestling Kelly Kelly. Also make the divas unique, and give them characters. Also participating in more matches only available to men might help, although only experienced Divas should be allowed. Also make their story-lines in that caliber that was Mickie/Trish.

This is what I would do personally, you might not agree with all of the suggestions but I feel these would change the division for the better:

* Get rid of that stupid Butterfly belt and bring back the women's championship in a newer and better design. The older one was okay but it could be a hell of a lot better.

* Sara Del Rey should be on WWE programming immediately, not just a trainer but on Raw and Smackdown. She is the best female worker in the world and a heck of a talent. USE HER.

* Have actual storylines around the title and storylines people will INVEST IN. They are starting to do that with this story around Eve, Kaitlyn and Layla which is a good sign.

* By Survivor Series, get AJ out of that GM role and put her back in the divas division. Build to Eve vs AJ at Mania 29 with Eve as the champion. If this is one divas match you want on the card,This is the match you want, bar fucking none. Why? Its simple: Eve and AJ are by far the most over women in the company whether anyone likes it or not. They are the only ones who get a good reaction. I would have AJ win the title at Mania in her home state of New Jersey and then continue the feud from there. How you book it after really depends on who you think should carry and be the face of the division. I'm sure most people here would go with Eve, I can see why but I'd go with AJ. Either way, this will create way more interest than having that nameless Maria Menounus girl in a match where nobody knows or cares about her.

*Continue to progress your developmental divas, bring in actual women's wrestlers who want to be there and actually have personality. The days of the Kelly Kelly/Alicia Fox dumb bimbo model types should be eradicated. It worked ONCE with Trish Stratus. You aren't going to find another Trish, accept it. Oh and within 6 months - 1 year: put Paige on the main roster. Girl has huge potential.

* Fire Alicia Fox, I'm not kidding. The girl is useless.

* Natalya really should be used better. She should at least be in good credible matches and seen as a threat. She may not be your girl when it comes to being the face of the division but the girl can work well and still has potential to be even better.

There are more prolly but that's what I've come up with.

They're already making it better. For starters, Eve Torres is a good champion. She has been one of the most entertaining Divas since her heel turn.

Plus, the Divas actually get a match on every show now. I'm sure not everybody wants that, but it shows they are starting to care about the Divas again. I mean, it would be damn sad if they couldn't get one segment out of a three hour show, plus all of their other shows.

I could care less about them personally. Yet, they are trying to at least HAVE a division again.

All they really need to do is to take it seriously. It used to be the Women's division, and instead of models they had actual trained wrestlers. They need to scrap the Divas title and revive the Women's title, then focus on recruiting more athletic women and seriously pushing their training instead of letting them be 5% ability and 95% eye candy. After that, it's just a matter of making sure to dedicate the time necessary to transform the division back into an actual attraction of the show rather than just a mini-intermission.

I remember they used to have so many great performers, they need to get that back.

Talk about hitting the nail on the head, spot on Regnes. Although "divas" are nice on the eye, if they can't wrestle, they should just go pose for some magazine. I'd much rather see athletic/talented wrestlerettes while watching a wrestling show. If I just wanted to see good-looking talentless bimbos, there's plenty of magazines/sites on the internet where I can see them.

I probably would have booked the Hogan/Andre equivalent with Kharma and AJ to lead up to Wrestlemania. I choose AJ because she's smaller than someone like Beth, so the win could be that much more spectacular. She's the most over as well. AJ would sort of be in Gail Kim's shoes.

Beth would certainly be another feasible option. I think her and Kharma in the ring, face-to-face, would certainly be a sight to see.

I do like the revival of the idea of the Women's title idea a bit. It's not really the most of WWE's problems right now though when it comes to the divas.

I think the potential for women to be great wrestlers is there. However, I think that most great female athletes are not interested in becoming wrestlers. Also, I don't think that the one minute long botchfests that the WWE trots out every Monday are doing much to woo them into the field.

How about make the women do hardcore matches? I don't see why or how it is fair that the guys get their skin cheese-grated by steel and yet women get to prance around throwing slaps and screaming like Shaparov.
They had that TLC tag match with Beth and Natalya against Laycool in 2010 I think. It was well done from memory. With WWE being so image conscious there's no way they'd allow their women to blade. Keep in mind that their looks are also the major selling point.

People who sit through 98% of divas matches feel like they're having their time wasted. For a good chuck of the last three years the company has treated women's matches and feuds as filler. You don't have to like what's produced, but no viewer likes having their time wasted for reasons stemming from the incompetence of the performers and the company that hires/uses them. That should be motivation enough to want some change to the current climate of women performers from just about everyone.

I think its getting better, they have managed to make us feel for Divas like Kiatlyn and build them up properly, specially Eve. I find Eve very entertaining to watch. Soon AJ will join too. AJ vs Eve for a feud might bring back some spark to the division.
