The guy had the complete look, a great physique and stature, got great pushes from both WWE and WCW but somewhere, things went wrong most of the time and he never actually made it to where he should have been, among the greats. To his credit, he had a streak in WCW and won the World title twice in both WWE and WCW.
How do you see his legacy as?

Sid Justice is one of the better big men, IMO. Easily in my top 10 overall. Some of the greatest / funniest heel promos I have ever seen. The one's leading up to Wrestlemania VIII are just classic, and don't get the credit they deserve.
Got many pushes in spit of being quite untalented, only got where he was due to being so tall. Has become a joke in my mind due to all the hilarious stories about him (shitting himself, squeegie fight, etc)
Sid was a big success story IMO. He had several runs in or around the ME in both big companies numberous times. He eliminated Hulk freakin Hogan from the rumble in 92 ffs. He beat both Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart for the title in 97. I call that a successful career.

The thing that sucks about this is how the WWF tried to justify Sid's actions as wrong. The crowd cheered this loudly (Sid was over as fuck), and they later edited the tape to boos, protecting Hogan. Sounds familiar, doesn't it? What Hogan did, holding Sid's arm until he got eliminated, was total bullshit.

I know it's kind of weird isn't it. The fact Hogan would always pull that heelish stuff without a hint of irony.
