What about Rey Mysterio's 619? I don't know if anybody used it before him. He was the first person I saw do it. Seemed like a pretty innovative move.

Not sure if someone already responded, but there was a guy in WCW in the very late 90's, Above Average Mike Sanders that did that move, he called it the 3.0 I believe.

Also would like to add I never saw someone do a float over DDT before the Rock... yeah yeah, I know it's a variation of the regular DDT, but still, one bad ass move.
