I'm seeing a lot of these posts, how this match "shouldn't be allowed to happen." Why not, I don't get why some of you guys wouldn't want to see this match?

Even if this match did happen Austin should/would go over. Punk is not on the level of someone that should beat Steve Austin. I still don't see what value people have in this match, Austin vs. Cena would be a much bigger draw.

CM Emo in most other eras would be a squash jobber. We're talking Jose Louis Rivera level. He wouldn't even get the chance to wrestle Stone Cold at his prime.

Same reason most don't want Hogan in the ring anymore even if they like him. Too old, broken down, and worn out. Austin's knees are made of duct tape and coat hangers these days.
