CM Punk is attractive mostly due to hos personality and charisma. Hs tattoos are awesome too.
Dolph is very good looking when his roots arent showing.

Agreed. I'd put Christian in that cool/badass type of looking guy. He's still looking good despite his age now. In 2005 (which just so happens to be when he was at his absolute best in wresting) he was a damn good looking guy, which I guess helped him play his ''Captain Charisma'' character so well.

Just asked my girl (who watches it with me) who the top five are, and she says...
1) Randy Orton
2) Dolph Ziggler
3) Cody Rhodes
4) Miz
5) John Cena
Funny thing is, I actually wrote out this post, THEN asked her...and I was right (only I had Miz at #5, Cena at #4).
She said the "Million Dollar Man's son" is Honorable Mention (lol).

Y'see, I've personally never found Christian to be a good looking man. Sure he isn't ugly but I wouldn't say he's attractive either. Too dorky and thin I'd say. But hey, to each their own.

I think it's impossible to find a girl who doesn't find either John Cena or Randy Orton attractive, lol. Both of their fanbases have a huge female following...

I see nothing attractive in Cena as far as from the neck up goes. Girls tend to go crazy when he takes his shirt off, granted he has a great physique, but I personally don't see anything going for him in his face.

I think he's an ok looking guy in the face, but nothing really attractive. Of course he has a great body and that's what all the girls go crazy for...
