Honestly, almost no one leaves WWE with a victory, because it's good business to pass your accumulated heat on to the person that beats you. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that Triple H, Undertaker, Rock, and Brock Lesnar will all lose their last match in WWE, as Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, and many others have done.
I just personally think they would be exciting matches whether he won or lost. I don't realistically see it happening, but I'm merely just giving my opinion out of the options given.

I know we'd get the same performance. It's just my opinion that those matches would have the right "zing" for the character archetype that he has. Like I said above it isn't realistic, especially with so much that is just not acceptable where the WWE is concerned, but I just think they would be cool matches whether Taker won or lost.

I honestly expect Taker to go out quietly without all the balooza so in that regard a singles match would be encouraged but if I had to pick a stip then I'd go with a Last Ride match because of its symbolism and association with Taker's character.

On the topic of taker and his last match i would like to see one last feud before he goes, i think the current Team Hell No story line would be great for him to get involved with and start feuding with Kane again in the run up to Mania end it with big match vs Kane to take the streak away from big brother... I really don't want the streak ended by Cena.

I think that could possibly be another good idea depending on how it all played out. If anyone were to take the Undertaker out, i would want it to be Kane. It just makes more sense than anyone else right now.

With both Kane and Undertaker getting up there in age, I think a match between these two would be too slow paced. When Taker worked with HBK it was awesome because he had someone who could move and kept the excitement level high. The feud you're suggesting makes sense, however with Kane's comedic character now, I don't think it would suit to go against the Undertaker...especially his last match. I too don't want his streak ended by Cena, but I would rather have it taken by the top guy and have a good match. Personally, I don't think the streak is going to end. I think he cleanly beats someone and retires. If he goes out on a loss it definitely won't be at Mania. Have him lose at Summerslam or Survivor Series.

I'd say have him lose a normal match at Survivor Series, the site of his on-camera debut. After losing, as his opponent makes his way up the ramp, the purple lights turn on, and fog starts coming out around the ring.

Once the opponent leaves for good, the camera focuses on Taker lying in the ring as the fog envelops him. The lights go out. After a few seconds, the lights come on fully. His body is gone, but an urn sits in the ring. End broadcast.

I remember those rumours a few years back that Ted DiBiase was booked to break takers streak at WM.

Has to be a retirement stipulation like Flair and Michaels. With his send off the next night on Raw.

Now that is definitely a theatrical Undertaker-esque way for it to happen with a normal match. I am okay with this.

Interesting way of him going out. However, let's keep the topic on what matchtype you would like to see his last match be.
