Re: Things you hate about Wrestling?
The ring announcers ANNOUNCING the appearance of a wrestler INSTEAD OF LETTING THEIR ENTRANCE MUSIC SPEAK FOR ITSELF!
It ruins the surprise and impact, IMO. It's very annoying.....

Re: Things you hate about Wrestling?
Wrestling fans who take men fake fighting and playing television characters way too seriously.

Re: Things you hate about Wrestling?
The fans that can't be pleased by literally anything. The fans that can't sit through a 4 week storyline or 15 minute match without being bored. Pointless 20 minute promos that can be condensed into 5-7 minutes of actual story. Shows with more than 2 squash matches. Bill Goldberg. Devaluing of titles. WM 27's main event. Stop and go pushes. Themed PPVs such as HIAC, TLC, MITB & EC. NOC doesn't bother me much but the titles should be on PPV anyway and I actually like Extreme Rules, I think that concept is fine.

Re: Things you hate about Wrestling?
John Cena's bullshit holier-than-thou rants that selectively calls back to years past but ignore stuff that happened within the last year. nevermind the fact he cheap pops like crazy to get cheers and then basically gives the same old bullshit speech every single time or the fact he's either almost dead or superman from one second to the next while in a match. how do you call back to cm punks past and all his different characters in one breath and then ignore 8 straight months of him defending his belt like a fighting champ against everyone? so let's get this straight: the last month of c.m. punk's character is the only the that counts, but you can also call back to the different characters he's been throughout his wwe career which has spanned years? how exactly does that work? cena sux and more importantly the writing sux balls. vince should retire and fully let the reigns go.

Re: Things you hate about Wrestling?
Secret backstage angles. "Hey, come over here, don't tell anyone, but we'll attack the champ in 10 minutes. You in? Okay, but don't tell ANYONE. Btw, have you met Dave the cameraguy?"
And on similar level of annoyance, WWE #1 Contender Matches or similar stuff, where the Champ/other involved person is backstage, standing at the side of a tv "watching the match". A) From the angle he could only see the side of the **** TV. B) It's the Champ or at least some supastarrrr! Give'em a fucking chair, show some respect

Re: Things you hate about Wrestling?
Wrestlers who do not expand their arsenal, or use different moves on a consistent basis. Which is a lot of them.

Re: Things you hate about Wrestling?
when a wrestler bends over in the ring and waits.. I don't have an example to show but i hope you people know what i mean..
after they are bent over the opponent usually kicks them or throws them.. it's like as if the timing is off..
like sometimes the opponenent will kick another wrestler in the stomatch, the wrestler will bend over and just wait.
so i think when timing is off, i hate that, makes it look fake.

Re: Things you hate about Wrestling?
I think we've all talked through WWE's problems a couple of times. It's pretty hard to make them change anything. However this forum has one defining fault and it's prejudice and incapability to give something a chance and exaggeration.
For instance, someone like Drew McIntyre and Alex Riley would be deemed unworthy simply based on one factor. Drew for lacking in the mic when it mattered, Riley being a bad in-ring worker. We get it, you don't like that aspect, what if you'd once, just once look past that one factor. You might realise that Drew is actually pretty good in-ring and Riley just so happens to be over with the crowd and promising on the mic.
I'd wish people would look at the positives of a wrestler instead of the negatives. It might actually turn out the wrestlers aren't that atrocious all around and the "pain" you all suffer so greatly after an episode of SD could magically decrease.

Some interesting points, BUT most of what's been said in this thread was about wrestling in general, production, presentation, general things, as always there are a few "Big Show/Cena/Whoever sucks" answers, but the general topic of this thread for once is NOT about things people hate about individual wrestlers.
