To be able to watch Raw and Smackdown? Or are those going to stay on USA and Scifi?

As far as paying for the WWE network, It will probably depend on the cable provider. But RAW and SD! will stay on their respective channels until the contracts are up for renewal. Then who knows? I'm pretty sure RAW will always be on USA, but I can guarantee that if the WWE network can reach as many people as Syfy, the WWE will move SD! over when they get the chance.

The WWE Network is such a horrible idea. I could see it working in the early 2000s when wrestling was red-hot, but today with the internet boom nobody is going to pay to watch shows they can see for free. I'm sure as hell interested in watching "the legends house" or whatever it is, but it will surely be on youtube the next day.

Raw and Smackdown will have to stay on other channels, how will WWE attract new/casual fans into the product without it.

You can use that logic with any network or television show. It is not even guaranteed that we will have to pay for WWE Network.

RAW and Smackdown will run until their contracts are up, there were reports of leaving those shows on other networks to attract more fans. My opinion (although by no means an expert) would be to move all of your programming to the WWE Network that way people would HAVE to know about your station. People wouldn't assume Monday Night Raw was just taken off the air one week. And honestly, if you watch RAW at all you know about the network.
