Really Vince? you really think it's smart to book your self as WCW champion? His reign made the WCW title hit rock bottom in prestige value, the intecontinetal title was more prestigous then the WCW championship back in the 2000's

I think it lasted for like 2 weeks and he didn't even enter a ring the whole time, he lost it after he relinquished it.
