It is really really sad to see that Rock is leading, because if you are voting according to the criteria there is no doubt that Hulk Hogan should win. He won 2 times. Rock only 1 time.

That being said - gotta go with Hogan. 2 Rumble wins over 1. No argument for the Rock is valid because he also came in at number #24, it's not like he came in at #1 and won the Rumble. That would actually be a valid argument as to why his one win was bigger than Hogan's two.
Anyone know who was in more Rumble matches? I think Hogan takes that one too but it might be even.
Between these two, Im thinking it would be Hogan, but Im not sure, overall I think it might be Kane, he does hold the record for most consecutive appearances appearing in every rumble from 1998 - 2009.

Ugh, I agree completely, it is sad that that much of a percentage of the voting populace is voting for The Rock without justifying thier vote of the person with the less credentials.

I'm not going Hogan just because he won two rumbles. I consider overall Royal Rumble performance. The Rock was a better competitor by far overall, but if we're only counting the Rumble he won, his performance was just average. Anyone who cites Hogan's alleged inability to wrestle is missing the point. The Rumble isn't about wrestling. Hogan's WM matches following his Rumble wins against Warrior and Slaughter > a mediocre WM 2000 main event.
Hogan by a nose here.

Wow, Rock up with 66% of the votes, when the choice might not make sense, like right now, I kinda wish more people would post giving the logic to justify choosing the off person, even people who have already voted, but not posted, maybe could post and discuss how they made their choice. atm, it just feels like people voting off popularity.
